More specifically, the purpose of Founders Groups is for successful founders to help each other become even more successful by building new, deep and long-term relationships that inspire, develop and enable more and better business. ##### OBJECTIVES Our overall objective is to maximise the benefits for Founders Alliance members. All members are expected to actively contribute in meetings with a high and active presence and show a genuine desire to support each other, both at meetings and in between. ##### CODE OF CONDUCT All Founders Group Members must undertake the following: - Maintain at least 75% attendance rate at the Founders Conferences, as decided by its Founders Group annually (a minimum 3 out of 4 conferences a year). - 100% presence and focus on contributing to the group at the Founders Group meetings. - Refrain from one sided and direct selling to another member unless that member has expressed an interest in buying. - The member and the member's company must follow [Founders Alliance General Ethical Guidelines and General Legislation.](https://www.foundersalliance.com/corporate-governance-policy)  - Complete confidentiality applies to the information you have access to in the Founders Groups. - Anyone who violates the code of conduct can be excluded from Founders Alliance.
